SunView Software Named a “Contender” in Independent Enterprise Service Management Report

TAMPA, FLA – August 29, 2018 – SunView Software, an industry-leading provider of ITSM and Change Management solutions, was named as a “Contender” in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Service Management, Q3 2018. According to the research firm’s analysis, SunView received the highest score possible in the Growth in Revenue criterion.

For this report, Forrester identified and selected 12 of the most significant Enterprise Service Management (ESM) providers for their research and analysis. Vendors were evaluated against 28 criteria for this report. Each of the evaluated vendors demonstrated innovation in core IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, extended ITSM capabilities beyond technology services, sped up workflow automation through PaaS/low-code development, and more.

For this evaluation, the research firm examined SunView’s current product service offerings along with the company’s strategy and market presence as related to ESM. The report notes: “Although this vendor is relatively small, SunView’s ChangeGear has gained its recognition and rapid growth, thanks to a strong commitment to ESM. It provides dedicated modules for HR, procurement, facilities, and more.”

Additionally, Forrester noted that SunView “…has proven itself ideal for smaller organizations with ESM needs, such as schools, nonprofits, and small enterprises.”
