1. Implementation
Getting Started: Our Getting Started packages are designed to assist customers with initial installation and configuration, while ensuring a quick deployment free of guesswork. This package is available as a three-day or five-day on-site solution, depending on your requirements.

Software Pilot: Want to test drive our software prior to purchase? Our Pilot services offer installation and configuration assistance similar to our Getting Started packages, but with the focus on feature and requirements mapping. We help identify and address complex business and process requirements before you purchase the software.


 
2. Education
SunView Software offers ongoing, on-site training to help you and your team fully leverage SunView solutions. Options include a two-day administrative/technical training program and a one-day end-user training session.

3. Custom Report Development
Whether it’s a simple efficiency report on the success of IT changes, or a detailed Sarbanes-Oxley audit, our experienced consultants can assist you every step of the way. We offer a simple, fixed-fee approach for all your reporting requirements.

4. Application Customization
SunView can help you tailor a workflow for your specific requirements. We can also create custom forms for all your department needs and tailor existing fields or add new ones depending on your business requirements.

5. Custom Integration
