For ChangeGear customers who are interested in additional training and assistance after their initial implementation, we provide multiple educational opportunities. These educational opportunities and packages can be fully remote solutions or on-site education packages for larger, more demanding environments.

Here are just a few of the educational services that we offer to our customers:

On-Demand eLearning Videos – Customers who are currently enrolled in the SunView Support Advantage Program have access to the ChangeGear eLearning catalog. This continually growing catalog consists of recorded on-demand training videos that help you understand the concepts found in ChangeGear and explain how to use the features and functionality more efficiently.

Administrator Training - SunView offers basic new administrators or and advanced training packages for administrators looking to take full advantage of ChangeGear’s advanced capabilities. The training sessions take place in your specific ChangeGear installation, so you benefit from a hands-on learning experience.

ChangeGear Check-up – A check-up with one of our experienced ChangeGear specialists will help you to reevaluate how you are using ChangeGear and make adjustments necessary to optimize your ChangeGear installation. A ChangeGear Check-up consists of strategic planning, consulting, and training, to get you on your way to improving productivity and operational efficiency within your IT organization.

Upgrade Assistance – As new versions of ChangeGear are released, you may want upgrade assistance, especially if you have a complex environment or extensive customizations. With this package you will have a full day of consulting and training with an experienced ChangeGear specialist – ensuring that you and your team are trained on the new version features and that the upgrade is successful.
