SunView Software Announces New Reseller Agreement with Vitility,
Expanding Presence in United Kingdom

TAMPA, FL — April 21, 2008 — SunView Software Inc., a leading provider of IT Service Management software, today announced a new reseller agreement with Vitility Limited, an IT solutions provider based in the United Kingdom.

Under the agreement, Vitility will resell the ChangeGear™ technology suite to UK-based companies who are looking to better track, manage and control their IT infrastructures. In addition to SunView’s software solutions, Vitility will also provide local support and professional consulting services for SunView Software’s new and existing UK customers.

Based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices framework, the ChangeGear product suite improves and streamlines IT processes allowing companies to eliminate system downtime, reduce operational costs and ensure regulatory compliance. Based on Microsoft .NET technology, the ChangeGear suite of products are simple to install and deploy - providing immediate return on investment.
